Announcement No. 51 of 2024 by the National Cryptography Bureau of the General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the Ministry of Commerce -- Announcement on the Release of the Export Control List of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China

　　根據(jù)《中華人民共和國出口管制法》《中華人民共和國兩用物項出口管制條例》有關(guān)規(guī)定，現(xiàn)公布《中華人民共和國兩用物項出口管制清單》（見附件1），自2024年12月1日起實施。同日，商務(wù)部、海關(guān)總署公告2003年第5號（《關(guān)于對磷酸三丁酯實施臨時出口管制的公告》）等11個公告（見附件2）廢止；商務(wù)部、國家密碼局、海關(guān)總署公告2020年第63號（《關(guān)于發(fā)布商用密碼進(jìn)口許可清單、出口管制清單和相關(guān)管理措施的公告》）所附《商用密碼出口管制清單》及商用密碼出口許可程序相關(guān)內(nèi)容不再適用。
