　　根據(jù)《中華人民共和國行政復(fù)議法》（中華人民共和國主席令2023年第九號公布），海關(guān)總署對海關(guān)總署公告2016年第61號（關(guān)于公布《〈中華人民共和國海關(guān)稽查條例〉實施辦法》所涉及法律文書格式的公告）附件7、8、12法律文書進行了修訂，修訂后的法律文書格式見附件。

　　本公告自發(fā)布之日起執(zhí)行。
